The Porta Pro sound is as good as ever – warm and detailed. The detachable cable is a huge plus, because the cable is often the first thing to break. It makes them more durable. The only downside is the cable connection is a bit fiddly, but once it's in, it's secure.

I've owned multiple Porta Pros over the years, and this Utility version is my favorite. The detachable cable means I can easily replace it if needed, which saves money in the long run. The sound is the same – punchy bass, clear mids, smooth highs. They're lightweight and fold up nicely. For $25, this is a no-brainer.
